Inserting a Plain Picture      
  1. Set the cursor at the place you want the picture to be placed at.
  2. Execute command: Menu -> Picture -> Plain_Picture
    (Context menu -> --INSERT-- Picture  -> Plain Picture ) and select picture's file name from the standard file-dialog window. The selected file is copied into the current development directory and reference to the file is inserted into your text.

Inserting a Picture with Media        
A picture can be inserted into your text together with a media file linked to it. By clicking on the picture the user can listen to the corresponding audio or watch the video. When the user points on a picture of this kind, the default pointer turns into  the "hand-pointer" and tip text "Click to Listen" appears.  How to change the Tip Text is described below in section "Manipulating Picture Object".
  1. Set the cursor at the place you want the picture to be placed at.
  2. Execute command: Menu -> Picture -> Picture_with_Media  
    (Context menu -> --INSERT-- Picture -> Picture with Media) and select a media file first and then an image file.

Inserting a Picture with a Popup Window       Use this option to insert any comments, translation or instructions
A picture can be inserted into your text together with a a popup window linked to it. By clicking or pointing (depending on the popup window's style) on the picture, the user opens the popup window, which can be loaded with any LT objects in any combination, including nested windows. When the user points on a picture of this kind, the default pointer turns into the "hand-pointer."

To insert a picture with a popup window, first create the Popup Window. (section #3.1. Popup Window ), then:      
  1. Set the cursor at the place you want the picture to be placed at.
  2. Execute command: Menu -> Picture -> Picture_with_Popup_Window
    (context menu -> --INSERT-- Picture -> Picture_with_Window) and select an image file.

Inserting Picture with Drop Text        Use this option to insert any comments,    translation or instructions  
A picture can be inserted into your text together with a "Drop Text" object linked to it. By pointing on the picture the user opens the drop text, which can be loaded with any LT objects in any combination. When the user points on a picture of this kind, the default pointer turns into the "hand-pointer."
First, create the Drop Text. (section #3.9. Drop Text (Layer) ), then:      
  1. Set the cursor at the place you want the picture to be placed at.
  2. Execute command: Menu -> Picture -> Picture with Drop Text(context menu -> --INSERT-- Picture with Drop Text) and select an image file.

Manipulating  Picture Object

To manipulate with any object you should open the monitor window.Warning: all manipulations replace the existing Editor's text with the updated one. Be sure to save your existing text before any manipulation.
To Replace Picture:

1. Set the pointer on the Picture Object and left click to activate the object.
2. Right click to open the context menu.
3. Execute "Replace Picture" command and select the new image file in the File-Dialog window.


To Replace Media (if it is attached) :

  1. Set the pointer on the Picture Object and left click to activate the object.
  2. Right click to open context menu.
  3. Execute "Replace Media" command and select new media file in the File-Dialog window.

To Add / Replace Tip Text:

  1. Type new Tip Text in the LTeditor.
  2. Highlight the text.
  3. Set the pointer on the Picture Object and left click to activate the object.
  4. Click right the mouse button to open the context menu.
  5. Execute "Add / Replace Tip Text" command.

To change size:

1. Set the pointer on the Picture Object and left click to activate the object.
2. Right click to open context menu.
3. Execute "Change Size" command and set new dimensions in the Size Dialog window.

To change alignment:

1. Set the pointer on the Picture Object and left click to activate the object.
2. Right click to open context menu.
3. Execute "Change Alignment" command and select a new alignment in the Dialog window.

To set space around Picture:

1. Set the pointer on the Picture Object and left click to activate the object.
2. Right click to open context menu.
3. Execute "Set Space Around Picture" command and set new horizontal and vertical space in the Dialog window.

To delete Media-Text Object:
  1. Set the pointer on the Picture Object and left click to activate the object.
  2. Right click to open the context menu.
  3. Execute "Delete Object" command.
